If you’ve selected our rush upgrade, some products can ship as soon as the next business day, while others may need 3-5 business days production time. This depends on several factors and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

In any case, we’ll guarantee a specific ship date for your products/services. Sometimes our rush orders even ship sooner than planned.

Standard production times for non-rush orders (without the Risk-Free Rush upgrade) are generally at least 10 business days and are not guaranteed.

Unless otherwise noted, your order will ship via FedEx Overnight. FedEx & UPS currently offer a money-back guarantee for their service in the event your package is late due to circumstances within their control.

While the exact cost varies depending on the products/services you’re ordering and how soon you need them, Risk-Free Rush adds 10% to 50% of your subtotal (total goods & services before shipping and sales tax).

As long as you meet the order deadlines for payment, quote approval, and proof approval, we guarantee that your order will be shipped the date we promise.

If, for any reason within our control, we’re unable to meet the ship date we promise, we credit the Risk-Free Rush fee back to you for a future order with us.

In order to honor a specific ship date we promise, we must receive your assets, quote approval, payment, and final art approval by a specific date and time.

Production time starts the day after we receive your final proof approval (assuming we’ve already received your final payment and quote approval.)

If, for any reason within our control, your order is not completed on the date we promise, and you’ve met the above order requirements, we will credit the amount you paid for this Risk-Free Rush fee back to you to be used toward a future purchase with us. This credit does not expire, is not a refund, and is non-transferable.

The cost to upgrade to Risk-Free Rush depends on the timeline and order cost.

Generally speaking, the Risk-Free Rush rates are:

• 6-10 Business Days: +25%

• 2-5 Business Days: +50%

• 1 Business Day / Same-Day: +75%-100%

Please note: “Business days” above refers to production days, and production starts after we receive your final approval. Some products/services have a minimum dollar-amount rush fee. Rush fees are calculated on all customized products and services (before sales tax) where this guarantee is needed.

The Risk-Free Rush fee gets your order to the front of the line and guarantees a ship date.

Shipping cost is not included and will be quoted separately from this upgrade. Unless otherwise discussed, your rush order will ship via FedEx Overnight or UPS Next-Day Air (fully insured, on our shipping account). Shipping costs over $100 must be paid in full before the order is released to the carrier.

If you’ve already placed your order, in most cases we cannot retroactively upgrade your order to rush production; however, we can provide you with an estimated ship date and, in most cases, we can upgrade your shipping speed from Ground to Overnight.
