Some orders can ship as quickly as the next business day!
Ask your rep if your in-hands date is possible and we’ll discuss your order with our Production Manager and make sure that we can sneak your order to the front of the line.
Standard production times.
Standard production times vary by product/service and are not guaranteed.
When placing your order, ask your rep about the estimated production time.
Our standard production times are always estimated and depend on several factors (including how many orders are ahead of yours, our production schedule and workload, details of your specific order, etc.)
While those estimates are usually pretty close, some orders may be ready a few days sooner or a few days later.
For this reason, we cannot absolutely guarantee the specific date your order will be complete without this service upgrade.
Production time is calculated in business days, beginning the day after we receive your final art approval (not the date you submitted payment or the date you approved the quote).

If you’ve selected our rush upgrade, some products can ship as soon as the next business day, while others may need 3-5 business days for production time. This depends on several factors and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We’ll promise a specific ship date for your products/services.
Standard production times for non-rush orders (without our Priority Service) are generally at least 10 business days and are not guaranteed. -
No. We guarantee a specific ship date.
As long as you meet the order requirements, your PSG upgrade fee is risk-free.
Once we hand your package to FedEx, it’s literally out of our hands. FedEx is pretty solid, but issues do arise due to weather and other unexpected transit delays.
Unless otherwise noted, your order will ship via FedEx Overnight. FedEx currently includes a money-back guarantee for their service.

If you elect to stick with our Standard service level, we’ll do our best to estimate production time as best we can, but this is always our best guess and production times will vary.

As long as you meet the order requirements, we guarantee that your order will be shipped the date we promise.
If, for any reason within our control, we’re unable to meet the ship date we promise, we credit the upgrade amount back to you for a future order with us.

In order to honor a specific ship date we promise, we must receive your assets, quote approval, payment, and final art approval by a specific date.
Production time starts the day after we receive your final art approval (assuming we’ve already received your final payment and quote approval.)
If, for any reason within our control, your order is not completed on the date we promise, and you’ve met the above order requirements, we will credit the amount you paid for this Priority Service Guarantee upgrade back to you to be used toward a future purchase with us. This credit does not expire and is non-transferable.

The uprgade cost for Priority Service depends on the timeline and product.
Generally speaking, the PSG rates are:
11+ Business Days: +10%
6-10 Business Days: +25%
3-5 Business Days: +50%
1-2 Business Days: +100%
Please note: “Business days” above refers to production days, and production starts after we receive your final approval. Some products/services have a minimum dollar-amount rush fee. Rush fees are calculated on all customized products and services where this guarantee is needed. Shipping is not included and will be quoted separately from this upgrade.

Just ask! When placing your order, let us know as early as you can if you have a specific in-hands date. Your rep will work with our team internally to make sure we can hit this date, and how soon we can ship your order. Costs/options will be discussed at this stage.
If you’ve already placed your order, in most cases we cannot retroactively upgrade your order to rush production; however, we can provide you with an estimated ship date and upgrade your shipping speed from Ground to Overnight.
